thoughts from an empty head

I should really become a baker one day. I should just chuck this silly desk nonsense and spend my days looking for new and interesting ways to fatten both people who sample my baking and my wallet.

I baked two loaves of banana bread yesterday (frightfully simple when one has the right recipe and some overripe bananas) and took a loaf over to Mom and Pop this morning when I dropped off Ethan. Needless to say, they are quite enthusiastic of the idea of running a bakery in Texas.

We’ll see. The worst thing that could happen is that I end up gaining 50 lbs.
